Cancellation Policy

At Golden Crust & Cookie Co., we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all orders:

Standard Orders

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

• Due to the time and resources involved in creating custom orders, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

• ​Custom orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

• For orders that are not picked up or accepted at the agreed-upon time, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule your order or issue a refund if necessary.
